Important Notes
ALL presenters and attendees have to register.
Paper Uploads: In order to submit the final papers, at least one of the authors must register for the conference on or before March 10, 2026. Non-registered papers will not be included in the conference proceedings or published in IEEE Xplore®.
Extra Paper Charge: An additional CNY 2,000 must be paid by the same author for each additional paper to be presented at the conference and included in the proceedings if the additional paper(s) has no other registered authors.
Extra Page Charge: Papers with 4-6 pages are free of charge. For papers with more than 6 pages, the author will be required to pay CNY 350 per page for the extra pages (max. 2) to be included in the conference proceedings.
Student Registration: Student registrants must upload relevant studentship proof document which indicates their full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student status the registration system when process registration.
Cancellation Policy
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
70% of paid registration fees will be returned (after deduction of any related transaction fees) if the cancellation is made on/before March 15, 2026.
50% of paid registration fees will be returned (after deduction of any related transaction fees) if the cancellation is made after March 15, 2026 but before April 05, 2026.
No refund will be given if cancellation is made after April 05, 2026.
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.
